I agree. I try to tell people to stop using the term “Mental illness” since it already creates a stigma. I prefer the term “mental abilities.” I think that it is a better approach than trying to find something “ill” or “wrong” in a person like you and me. If you want to understand me better please read my blog. You will find many thoughts about the same topic. (especially in “There Are No Mental Illnesses”)
