Hi Thanks for following me. I am really glad, looking at your aims, that there are compassionate professionals whose work nurtures their sense of humanity rather than cutting them off from vulnerable people. It is a very difficult area to write about in poetry I find, as I want to enable others to identify and empathise rather than experiencing it as “otherness.” I believe in communication, that behaviour is always communicative – not something to “manage.” And I passionately believe in communication between everybody at all levels, because it is only when we articulate our feelings and thoughts that we have a fantastic way of weighing them up an seeing where they need to change or their potential. Thanks again, Katerina
